Appointments are available Monday to Saturday.

pro-physio Clinics can offer clinical assessment and treatment without a doctor's referral. However, with your consent, we prefer to keep in close contact with your doctor. Some medical insurance companies require a G.P. to refer for treatment prior to giving authorisation. By contacting your insurance company directly, you can ascertain their policy.

Our policy is to give you an appointment to your convenience, within 24 hours of contacting us. Where possible, we will endeavour to see you straight away.

Payment

 

All patients are requested to pay for their treatment at the time of their consultation.

 

pro-physio Clinics is registered with large insurance companies. If you are unsure as to whether pro-physio is recognised by your medical insurance company please contact the clinic for further advice. If you wish to claim treatment costs through your private health insurance, please contact your provider and if necessary bring in a claim form/and or policy details. pro-physio Clinics will invoice your insurance providers on completion of your treatment.

pro-physio Clinics are pleased to accept cash, cheque and Paypal payments. Facilities for credit or debit card payments will come on line in due course.

Dress

For physiotherapy assessments and treatment, it is necessary to expose the problem area, so you may feel more comfortable bringing shorts, and/or a vest top depending on the area to be examined.
